Workers Compensation is claims incurred cover, relating to Personal injury by accident to WORKERS during normal working hours, excluding before or after normal working hours, unless the accident happens on the way to and from work.

2/3rd Wages Benefit

Maximum duration must not exceed two hundred and sixty (260) weeks. Aggregate of 2/3rd weekly payment must not exceed VT3,750,000 per injury / accident, any one claim or series of claims arising as a result thereof.

Medical Expense Benefits

• Medical, surgical, hospital treatment, nursing services and medicines. (Maximum VT60,000).
• Subject to approval of a medical practitioner, supply, maintenance, and repairs of artificial appliance or apparatus. Maximum VT30,000).
• Transport charges to transfer a Worker to and from a place where the necessary treatment is available. (Maximum VT25,000).
